We want the Digital Generation put back the 10$ AB Withdraw Limit

This petition is to ask Digital Generation to put back the 10$ Available Balance withdraw Limit that was implemented before, and everyone was happy and everyone was withdrawing their money, its bether 10$ then 0$ right ?
